We continue to monitor where crimes occur and deploy resources to enhance safety. We’re strengthening partnerships, using data analytics and exploring new technology, as we work to enhance safety for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

The safety of our students and the entire Buckeye community is my top priority, and I have directed the university to take additional steps to help keep our community safe and informed. The following new offerings provide students with additional tools and give parents and families more information about what’s happening around campus.

Today, I have directed the university to invest an additional $2 million a year over the next decade to enhance safety and security on and around our campus, for a total of at least $20 million.
