

Board of Trustees
Ohio State is governed by a 20-member Board of Trustees that oversees academic programs, budgets, administration and employment.

President and Provost's Council on Women
The President and Provost's Council on Women (PPCW) advocates to the president and provost for the advancement of Ohio State women and equitable opportunities and the removal of barriers for all women employed by the university.

President's and Provost's Advisory Committee
The President's and Provost's Advisory Committee (PPAC) consists of faculty advisors who serve as Ohio Eminent Scholars or University Distinguished Professors.

President's Cabinet
President’s Cabinet consists of senior leaders from across the university who advise the president on short-, medium- and long-term issues, priorities and initiatives.

University Senate
Comprised of faculty, students, staff and administrators, the University Senate is the shared governing body of The Ohio State University and advises campus leaders on key educational and academic policy concerns.

University Staff Advisory Committee
The University Staff Advisory Committee (USAC) is an advisory body to the university president and provides a forum through which staff can raise, discuss issues and make recommendations to support Ohio State’s mission.
