Board of Trustees
A board of governor-appointed trustees who are responsible for the oversight of academic programs, budgets and general administration, and the employment of faculty and staff.
President’s Cabinet
Senior leaders from across Ohio State advise the president on priorities, initiatives and issues affecting the university and work to advance its land-grant mission.
Shared Governance
Faculty, students and staff come together with administrators to help Ohio State function as a unified institution and to develop and advise on solutions for issues facing the university.
