After Governor DeWine signed the two-year state budget, President Carter issued a statement of appreciation for the investments in higher education made by elected leaders.
As graduates received their diplomas during spring commencement, President Carter encouraged them to embody what it means to be a “Buckeye for life” by answering a call to serve the greater good in all they do.
