July 11, 2016 - The Ohio State University broke ground today on a new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station — the first of its kind for an Ohio university.
July 07, 2016 - Ohio State University President Michael Drake and the Buckeye Bus with Ohio State students and staff visited the National First Ladies’ Library Thursday as part of a multi-day northeast Ohio tour that has stretched from Medina to Mansfield and Youngstown. Drake discussed how Ohio State is trying to help low- and medium-income families afford college.
July 06, 2016 - The president of Ohio State stopped in Youngstown Wednesday afternoon to announce that the city’s college-bound students can attend his school for free. President Michael Drake spoke to a crowd of 40 parents and students at the Choffin Career and Technical Center. He was part of a panel discussing accessibility, affordability and excellence of a college education.
July 06, 2016 - Cametreus Clardy, a 2011 East High School graduate, earned his bachelor’s degree in special education in May from Ohio State University and heads this fall to Vanderbilt University to earn a master’s degree.
