OSU-Lima’s Galvin Hall celebrates 50 years

September 23, 2016 - The effort that eventually led to Friday’s celebration of a half-century of existence for the Ohio State University-Lima campus began a little over 50 years ago with a phone call to longtime Lima mayor Harry Moyer at 6 a.m.
